Major CA Groundwater Loss

By: CUWCC

2010-01-15 -

Based on NASA/German Aerospace Center Gravity Recovery and Climate Experiment (Grace), California has had major groundwater loss due to pumping and consumption of groundwater by humans. Grace data is highly useful for California water managers that can make informed decisions about allocating water resources.
