The California Irrigation Institute (CII) is having its 48th Annual Conference to be held February 1-2, 2009 at the Embassy Suites in Sacramento. The theme of the conference is "Running on Empty: Thinking Outside the Tank," and not only represents agriculture water use, but now includes urban water use efficiency.
