Terms: Section 6. California Urban Water Conservation Council
6.1 Organization.
The California Urban Water Conservation Council ("Council") will be comprised of all signatories to this MOU grouped according to the definition in Section 1. The signatories agree to the necessary organization and duties of the Council as specified in Exhibit 2 to this MOU. Within 30 days of the effective date of this MOU, the Council will hold its first meeting.

6.2 BMP Implementation Reports.
The signatory water suppliers will submit standardized reports every other year to the Council providing sufficient information to inform the Council on the progress being made towards implementing the BMP process. The Council will make annual reports to the State Board. An outline for the Council's annual report to the State Board is attached as Exhibit 5 to this MOU. |
